Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Standard shipping (US): 5-8 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $50
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or high order volume.
Shipment tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States.
Missing, lost, or damaged packages
Grindstone Gear is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopgrindstone@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be modified.
